We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full or deducted from your package. This allows us to keep our schedule organized and fair for all clients.

Yes! If you prefer to pay via Cash or Zelle, a discount is available on all single sessions and packages. Please contact me directly before booking to arrange your session using our discounted rates.

Answer: For In-Home sessions, all you need is a comfortable space for a mat—we bring the instruction directly to your door! For Virtual sessions, you just need a yoga/Pilates mat, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a working camera (laptop, tablet, or phone) set up so we can see your full body during the movements

Duo sessions are designed for two participants. Please note that both spots must be filled for the class to run at the discounted Duo rate

Yes, all packages have specific expiration timelines from the date of purchase:
2-Pack: Expires in 30 days
4-Pack: Expires in 60 days
10-Pack: Expires in 365 days
Please note that any unused packages past their expiration date are automatically forfeited.
